From Milton Keynes to Team England: Caiden Rapid Rise in UK Basketball

From Local Star to England U14 – A Rising Basketball Talent Last year, Caiden made a significant impact on the national basketball scene by earning a place in the prestigious All-Star Basketball Finals in Manchester, where he played a key role in leading his team to victory with an impressive 14- point performance. It was a proud moment for the young athlete — but it appears that was only the beginning. Fast forward to this season, and
Caiden’s rise has continued apace. His local team, the MK Breakers, completed a flawless campaign — remaining unbeaten all season — and have now been crowned the top Under-14 basketball club in England.
Caiden also caught the eye of national selectors through the Aspire Programme, which led to his selection for the Southern Regional Tournament. Once again, he rose to the occasion, helping his team secure the title.

During the May half-term, Caiden attended the elite ETP (England Talent Programme) — a rigorous selection process for the national squad. His dedication and talent were rewarded, as he has now officially been selected to represent England U14, with upcoming international fixtures in Greece and Scotland as part of the Home Nations Tournament. But Caiden’s journey doesn’t end there. He now has his sights set on earning a place in the Super Region tournament this July, where the best young players from across the country will compete. The tournament promises to be a showcase of the nation’s top youth talent — and will be live-streamed for fans nationwide. Caiden Dyer’s story is one of focus, determination, and exceptional skill. From the courts of Milton Keynes to the international stage, he continues to prove that he is a rising star in the future of English basketball.
